I am responsible for assisting patrons in finding and/or checking out different books, audio books, and movies. I am also responsible for cataloging, sorting, shelving, cleaning, and maintaining of the library environment. I am also responsible for enforcing the Library policies.

Intern/Flash Fiction Editor:
I was responsible for voting on submissions to be included in each issue. I also made pages for each issue and proofread the pages made for the Flash Fiction section.

Writing Consultant/Tutor:
I was responsible for proofreading papers that other students brought in. I was specifically responsible for helping them with format and grammatical errors.
Tutoring Philosophy: I believe that each student who comes in for a consultation should be treated uniquely. Regardless of the kind of paper or assignment they are requesting help on, each student will most likely have different aspects of writing that they are not fluent in. It is not my job to belittle them or come across as someone with all of the answers. It is my job to understand them and their needs and try to provide the best advice that I can in order to make their consultation successful. However, that should not be misunderstood as giving them answers. As the consultant/tutor, I am the person who is supposed to ask the right questions that allow them to come to the conclusions themselves. I want to leave them with advice that will make their papers stronger from that point on.

I majored in English and was a consistent Dean's and Chancellor's Lister. In 2015, I presented at the ACTELA Conference along with other members of my British Literature class. I am also a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the International English Honors Society. I was Vice President of our Omega Chi chapter while I was still attending the University. I was also a member of the Creative Arts Society from 2016 to 2017. I graduated with my Bachelor's and ranked Magna Cum Laude in May 2017.
